My name is Bailee Rice, and I’m a registered dietitian (RD/RDN) and licensed dietitian (LD) in the state of Arkansas. In 2019, I graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a Bachelor of Science in Food & Nutritional Sciences, and completed my dietetic internship with Priority Nutrition Care (Boston, MA). I have worked with clients ages 13+ in PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings.

In my free time, I stay busy as a mom to my dog (Hank) and cat (Alex). I enjoy brewing beer, going to the drive-in movie theater, taking beach trips, viewing local art, and reading.

I decided to start Natural State Nourishment, LLC because there are very few resources for those seeking eating disorder treatment in Arkansas. “Natural State” is not only Arkansas’ nickname. It also represents the natural state of our relationship with food. Diet culture pulls us away from our biological hunger cues, and we have to learn to love ourselves in order to trust our bodies again.
